This is a traditional Martial Arts class that utilizes kicks, punches, pressure points and joint locks in a defensive manner. Students practice forms, self-defense, sparring and weapons from day to day in a
controlled atmosphere geared toward personal growth and well being.
 
This one hour fitness class designed by Mrs. Hill incorporates strength training, kickboxing, plyometrics and stretching. Worked in a circut to music, this class enables a fast pace to be maintained for weight loss, endurance and heart health, while also using multiple mediums and methods to increase joint support and stability. This is a class that adults and teens of any fitness level can enjoy to become functionally stronger, healthier and more confident in a fun and social atmosphere. Check studio schedule for times.
